This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all FASTWEBPC OÜ infrastructure services.
FASTWEBPC OÜ does not provide, operate, resell or distribute media content, television channels, broadcasting services, subscriptions, copyrighted media libraries or end-user entertainment services. We provide hosting infrastructure only.
The following are prohibited: intellectual property infringement, unauthorized distribution of protected content, unlawful streaming or redistribution, malware, phishing, spam, botnets, credential theft, fraud, DDoS attacks, scanning without authorization, child exploitation material, terrorist content, hate or violent extremist material, and any unlawful activity.
Reports concerning copyright, abuse, malware, phishing, spam or unlawful activity should be sent to abuse@fastwebpc.com with evidence, affected IP addresses, timestamps and contact details.
FASTWEBPC OÜ may investigate reports and may suspend, restrict or terminate services where required by law, provider policy, network stability or this policy.
