This Refund Policy explains how FASTWEBPC OÜ handles refund requests.
Dedicated servers, custom configurations, setup fees, IP resources, software licenses and third-party provider costs may be non-refundable once provisioning has started or the service has been delivered.
Refund eligibility depends on the service type, billing cycle, usage, abuse status and whether the service has already been activated or consumed.
No refund is due where a service is suspended or terminated for prohibited use, abuse, fraud, chargeback, unlawful activity or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
Refund requests must be submitted through a support ticket or by email to info@fastwebpc.com with the invoice number, service ID and reason for the request.
